Son regard dissimule la vue (His Eyes hide the View) is a sound installation inspired by a stay in Athens, with impressions carefully recorded in a notebook. The experience—marked by a loss of orientation, both linguistic and spatial—raises questions around disorientation, proximity with others, and the confrontation with ruin, both historical and contemporary.

The installation, made from humble materials (cardboard, emergency blankets), evokes both a childhood shelter and a makeshift refuge. It forms a fragile, protective space that invites wandering and attentive listening.

Through overlapping voices and textual fragments, the work explores notions of interiority and exteriority—what it means to feel inside or outside social, political, familial, or personal structures, and even of oneself.
